I am sending this e-mail as a request to extend the timeline for SUB200B-00048. The project was approved on
12/16/2008. The final survey submittal date is 03/16/2009. Our request is to extend the final survey submittal
date by 21 days. That should allow us time to satisfy the conditions of approval and have the final survey
prepared.
