CERTIFIED LETTER
A recent observation of your property located at 6997 Main Street, Springfield,
Oregon reveals that it is in violation of the following City Codes:
Sections 5-1-1 (3)(d) and (j) of the Springfield City Code relative
to stored, inoperable vehicles and used materials (copy attached).
Two inoperable vehicles, miscellaneous lumber, barrells and plumbing
fixtures are being stored in public view on your property. These items
must either be removed or screened from view by a structure of a perma-
nent nature affixed to the ground.
Therefore, by thirty (30) days from the date of this letter (March 14, 1983), the
above described conditions must be corrected in order to conform to City Codes.
Unless you comply with this requirement or show cause why it should not be complied
with, further action will be taken under the Codes of the City of Springfield, Oregon.
Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 726-3753.

Oregon reveals that it is in violation of the following City Codes:
