Two inoperable vehicles, miscellaneous lumber, barrells and plumbing fixtures are being stored in public view on your property. These items must either be removed or screened from view by a structure of a perma- nent nature affixed to the ground. Therefore, by thirty (30) days from the date of this letter (March 14, 1983), the above described conditions must be corrected in order to conform to City Codes. Unless you comply with this requirement or show cause why it should not be complied with, further action will be taken under the Codes of the City of Springfield, Oregon.
