Dear Bob,
Adair has completed its Contract obligations with your home building project.
There are.other items remaining for you to complete before the City of
Springfield Building Department will perform the final inspection and issue a
reouired Occupancy Permit. It is essential to the building department and your
lender that this inspection and permit be obtained promptly.
When you call 726-3769 for and receive the final inspection there may be
corrections required in Adair's work. In this case, notify us before vou take
occuDancvand it will be promptly completed.
Keep in mind that occupancy of the home in advance of these steps would be a
violation of our Contract and that an additional permit fee will be imposed upon
you if the current permit term is allowed to expire.
