APPLICATION AND AGRlEI1ENT FOR SEHER HOOKUP
I
Application is hereby made by the undersigned property owner for permission
to connect the following descrihed property to a city sanitary sewer line, owned
and maintained by the City of Springfield, and I agree to pay such a hookup charge
of $4.50 per front foot of the property for the first ]50 feet in depth to be
served by such city sewer line in lieu of an assessment against the described
property, An additional $0.03 per square foot will be charged for any additional
property beyond the first 150 feet.

This agreement has been computed as being one-half (~) of the equivalent cost

SEWER LIEN AND CONNECTION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That for and In ~onsideratlon of the pro-
vIsion of a public sewer facitllty constructed by the City of Springfield, a
municipal corpo~atlon In Lane County, Oregoo, for the benefit of the real property

described property:
Beginning at a point in the north right of way line of the McKenzie
Highway 64.2 feet Boath and 731.94 feet south 89044' east of the south.
west corner of the William Y. Miller Donation Land Cla:Lm No. 48 Notif.
No. 7311 in Township 17 South Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian,
thence north 519.6 feet; thence south 89044' east 80 feet; thence
south 519.6 feet; and thence north 89044' west 80 feet along the said
north right of way line to the point of beginning being part of said
William Y. Miller Donation Land Cla:Lm No. 48, said township and range.

Said real property described shall be held as security for the re-payment of
the above sum In ten '.lqual semieann:Jal Installments, plus accur'ed Interest at the
rate of 6% from the date hereof on the balance of the unpaid assessment. The Initial
payment of principal and Interes~ will be, made by the property owner six (6) months
from the date or this agreement. ..
It is further provided that this lien may be foreclosed as other city liena In
accordance with the provisions of the Ordinances and Charter of the City of
Springfield In the event that Instal:ment payme~ts Including Inter~st, are not paid
with six (5) m::nths of their due date. This ilen has been computed al; being onc-
half (t) of the equivalent cost of an eight (8") Inch lateral sanitary sewer at the
rata of $3.'10 per abutting front feot for' 80.0 feet and does not Include
the cost of a house connection to said trunk sewer, sewer user charges, plumbing
permits or other such CO!ts to be assumed by tr.e property owner.
This lien and agreement to pay the same shall be b!rlC:lng upon the undersigned
who are the ol~ners of the real property herein descrIbed and shall bind their heirs,
eJtecutc;rs, administrators, asslgnz and successors In interest, and until paid, shall
