This letter has been prepared to describe the work to be performed at the property located at 6790
Main Street, Springfield, OR 97478. I have attached supporting drawings as well. If you have any
questions, please contact Ben Bazer at the numbers listed above. Thank you for your attention to this
matter.
Interior Framing: See Drawing #1 - Interior Framing
1. Frame in interior wall to shrink existing hall closet, creating room for new access to new
bedroom.
2, Frame in new door opening to new bedroom.
3. Frame in new interior wall creating new bedroom,
4. Reduce and replace existing window to accommodate new wall,
5. Frame in new interior wall creating new closet in new bedroom.
6. Remove and frame in existing door opening.
7. Remove and frame in existing door opening.
Other Remodel Items:
1. Remove and replace all windows, The existing windows lacked headers or sills. We will
reframe openings to meet code.
2. Remove existing wood shingle siding. Install new vapor barrier and reside with Hardi-Plank
siding, New pre-primed spruce will be used to trim out windows, doors, comers, facia, etc...
3. Install new gutters.
4. Replace k~chenlbath cabinets, fixtures, and appliances,
5. Patch sheetrock, install new sheetrock as necessary.
6. Replace all electrical fixtures.
7. Replace roof.
8. New interior/exterior paint
9, New interior floor coverings.
