APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT FOR TRUNK LINE SEWER HOOKUP
Application Is hereby made by the undersIgned property for perml~slon
to connect to the following described property to a trunk line sewer owned
and maintaIned by tha City of SprIngfIeld, and I agree to pay such a hookup
charge of $3.40 per front foot of the property to be served by such trunk
line sewer In lieu fo an assessment against tha described property.
Property Description: Addreaa:6750 East Main
The East 80.0 feet of the following described property, to-wit:
Beginning at a. point on the North right of way line of the Mc-
Kenzie Highway 64.2 feet South and 651.94 feet South 89044' East
of the Southwest corner of the William Y. Miller Donation Land
Claim No. 48, Township 17 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette
Meridi~~; running thence North 150 feet; thence North 89044' West
160.0 feet; thence South 150 feet to said North right of way line'
thence South 89044' East 160 feet to the point of beginning, in '
