Subject: Housing Inspection performed at 6684 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon
Dear Mr. Madison,
On May 6, 1986, at your request, n Housing Inspection was performed at the
above address. This inspection disclosed the following code violations:
1. The height of the finished window sills in sleeping rooms exceeds
44 inches above the finished floor. To correct this condition,
the existing windows in the sleeping room may be lowered, or
larger windows may be installed.
2. Ventilation is not provided in the central bathroom.. This
condition may be corrected by repairing the existing bathroom
exhaust fan.
3.
A smoke detector is not installed in the dwelling.
