To Whom It May Concern,
I have received the enclosed report completed May 7, 1986.
All the items will be taken care of 2-5 as requested. However
I request that instead of lowering the window or replaceing
it I be allowed to put steps, fasted to the floor in each bedroom
under the window. I need to sell this home and can not afford
to do major repairs. It has been suggested that the steps
should be a possiable replacement.
