Please be in- formed that the property at,66l7 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon, is in violation of the above-referenced section of the Springfield Municipal Code. Specifically, an inoperable vehicle is stored in public view on the property. Inoperable vehicles must be either removed or screened from view by a structure or enclosure of a permanent nature affixed to the ground (building or solid fence) . Please be informed that unless the property is brought into conformance with the above-referenced sections of the Springfield Municipal Code, the City of Springfield will initiate appropriate further civil legal action to ensure that the property does comply with the requirements of the Springfield Municipal Code. Such legal action may include, but is not limited to the commencement of.acivil legal proceeding in the Municipal Court of the City of Springfield. It is hereby requested that action be undertaken immediately by the occupant to bring the property into conformance with the Springfield Municipal Code. In the event that such action is not completed prior to July\ 22, 1988, the City of Springfield will undertake further appropriate civil legal proceedings in conformance with the, information provided to you in this letter.
