The biggest challenge we have is the very short turnaround time for.staff review of pre-submittal packets (5-7 working days or less). I would be surprised if ODOT could respond within just a few wocking days in order to be ready for the pre-submittal meeting. Perhaps we should encourage applicants using or abu~ting ODOT facilities to have DIMs for these types of projects and then bring ODOTto the table that way....just a thought!' From: DRISCOLL Jon Sent: Thursday, April 02, 2009 2: S4 PM To: UMBIRD Andrew Subject: PRE's & ODOT Andy, I just realized one particular case in which ODOT should be involved in the Pre-Submittal prO:cess. When the development is large enough for a TIA, ODOT has their own requirements for TINs, and they. should be given the application so they can work with me to formulate a TIA scoping sheet. You might pass that on. (It's rare, but real.) Thanks!
