OK we'll try to get your comments out of the way first. Since it's a proposed development o.n Main Street, there will be
significant Transportation and OOOT involvement.
One observation I have from looking at the development plans and visiting the site is that th'ey are proposing to close an

existing curb cut and driveway that is only part way into their site. The remainder is on the adjacent property frontage
,
to the west. I'm not sure if we (or OOOT) require a concurrence from the adjacent property::owner for this proposed
closure. As of right now, the adjacent site is using the driveway entrance. Also, the applicant's site plans don't depict a
second existing driveway entrance on the adjacent property. "
