Subject: Jon's Landing - Revised Tentative Subdivision Plan

At the request of staff, the applicant has submitted revised tentative subdivision plans that
include additional South 58m Street right-of-way dedication from the adjacent property owner.
The applicant has provided sample street cross-sections. Additionally, there is no longer a
proposal to gate the street for Fire Department access.
A special DRC meeting to discuss this application is scheduled for July 18,2007 at 9:00 am in
DSD 616. Please review the revised subdivision plans and prepare any additional comments. If
you have any questions about this application please contact me at x3784. .
