Springfield Planning is reviewing the Don Horton subdivision at 809 South 57th ,Street and:l need some additional
information from Poage Engineering and/or Krush & Associates Surveying. I have left a voice mail message for
Mr. Krush regarding this same issue. Unfortunately, I will be away from the office tomorrow and Friday so I
couldn't discuss this'with you on ,the phone.'

I am requesting 3 full size copies of the Site Assessment Pian showing the existing contours on the subject
property and the property lines for all parcels that border the subdivision area, Pianning staff have fielded several
questions from adjacent landowners about this proposed subdivision and it is difficult to respond appropriately
without having a plan showing the abutting property lines for context I think the missing contour information was
just an oversight as it was shown on the pre-submittal plans, : '
