o The proposed street name will require approval from the Lane County Road
Naming Committee. There is already a Horton Lane elsewhere in Lane County, so
the "Horton" name likely will not be approved as it is a duplicate. An alternate
name is strongly recommended. =. ' '
o The east 100 feet of the subdivision area is described as being within a 15%.
, slope; therefore, provisions of the Hillside Development Overlay District (SDC
Article 26) are applicable. The project narrative and subdivision plan shall
demonstrate compliance with SDC Article 26.
o A tree felling permit will be requiced if more than 5 trees are removed from the
property over a 12 month period.
o A signed annexation agreement and completion of the annexation initiated by
Planning Action LRP2006-00025 is required prior to submittal of the tentative
subdivision plan."

This i not a decision on your application. Springfield Development Code Sections
3.050(3)-(6) and Oregon Revised Statutes 227.178 require the City take final actiqn on a
limited land use decision within 120 days after the application is deemed complete. The 120-
day processing period for this application begins when all the missing inFormation is
submitted or when you request that the City proceed without the information. You must
indicate by either signing this form or by submitting a written response to the City within
seven days of the date ofthis form asserting your intentions regarding the provision of the
,missing information. If you indicate herein or in your written response that the missing
information will be submitted, then you'have 180 days from the date the application was
submitted For Pre-Submittal Review to provide the City with the missing information. If you
refuse to submit the missing information, then upon receipt of the full application packet and
processing fee, the City will deem the application complete for purposes of starting the 120-
