Dear Mr. Thomas:
As requested, our representative visited the above referenced project on March 31, 2009, to place two (2) moisture
test kits on the floor slab at randomly selected locations. Test locations were prepared and the kits were installed
per manufacturer's instructions. The test kits were left in place for approximately 64.50 hours and were then
collected on April 03, 2009. Results of the tests have been summarized in the table below.
