Inspection of: Reinforcing Steel Weather: Overcast Continuous Inspection: 0
Contractor: Mcintyre Construction BPNo.: C8-00589 Periodic Inspection: 0
Performed inspection on reinforcing steel for perimeter continuous footing and one (1)
interior continuous footing' at. north wall of car wash area. Reinforcing steei was
checked for grade, size, lap, placement and clearance. The #4 dowels for tie between
siab and footing are not installed. Contractor stated dowels will be epoxied at a later
date and would contact EOR regarding embed depth of dowels.. .
Mcintyre representative was asked to notify our office when additional services are
needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
04-10-08 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
