Subject: Hearing Timelines Confirmation
Joe and Gary,
My understanding of the Hearing situation is pretty firm but I had one question about next meeting date -v- info
submittal.
To wit:
1) Hearing is on, as scheduled, for Monday.
2) Hearing is opened on Monday and immediately the record is extended for submittal of additional info until
Dee 10th and we schedule the re--opening of the hearing out until the 17th? Or. __ do have an interim
submittal date such as December 3 and the meeting is on the 10th? (It seems to me we need some time
to consider what is submitted, I would opt for the 17th date if possible,)
3) Mr. Kloos will provide,a 30 day exiension of the 120 until January 23m (a Friday?)
Thoughts? Can I get MaryBridgette's email by inclusion on the answer??
