NATURE'OF THE APPLICATION: Appeal ofa Type II Director's Decision. Applicant is appealing
seven approval conditions (Nos. I, 2, 7, 8, 10, 12 and 26) of a Type II Partition Decision issued October

urbanizable area are conducted by the Lane County Hearings Official.
AUTHORIZED USES: Uses in the Low Density Residential (LDR) District are regulated by

DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF THE HEARING: Hearings Official: On Monday November
24,2008 at the hour of9:30 a.m. at 225 Fifth Street in Springfield City Hall Council Chambers.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on
behalf of the applicant and the application criteria are available for inspection at City Hall at no cost and
will be provided at a reasonable cost. Seven days prior to the hearing a copy ofthe staff report will be
similarly available.

respond to the issue precludes appeal to the City Councilor Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue.
HEARINGS OFFICIAL PUBLIC HEARING: The Hearings Official is conducting a Public Hearing
on this appeal and will be issuing a final decision on the matter.
