The information in the development issues packet indicates that the applicant proposes to
subdivide one legal lot into a 6-lot SFR subdivision. If the developer is proposing to build single~
family detached homes, each new single-family detached, dwelling unit would be subject to a
system development charge (SDC) of $2,303 for park and recreation improvements, according to
Willamalane's current SDC policy. If the developer is proposing to build single-family attached
homes (duplexes), each new single-family dwelling unit would be subject to a system development
charge of $2;426 for park and recreation improvements. '
SDC's would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based on the SDC
policy in effect at that time. Please refer the applicant to Willamalane's SDC fact sheet or to me,
for further information.
