If the developer is proposing to build single~ family detached homes, each new single-family detached, dwelling unit would be subject to a system development charge (SDC) of $2,303 for park and recreation improvements, according to Willamalane's current SDC policy. If the developer is proposing to build single-family attached homes (duplexes), each new single-family dwelling unit would be subject to a system development charge of $2;426 for park and recreation improvements. ' SDC's would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based on the SDC policy in effect at that time.
