Thanks for drafting the letter. It looks good. In addition, I'd the following:

The stormwater runoff from lots 1,2 and 6 are directed into a private piped system in the joint-use driveway. This
system currently does not intersect the public system as shown on the plan drawings, The applicant shall revise
the line work to clearly show how the stormwater system connects to the existing public system.
