Skychief Park Subdivision - Revised Tentative Subdivision Plan

At the request of staff, theapplicarit has submitted revised tentative subdivision plans that
include updated survey information with dedication of S. 420d Street right-of-way along the
property frontage. A number of outstanding issues for this subdivision application are not
"completeness" items but will require conditions of approval. These can be discussed at the'
special DRC meeting scheduled for Tuesday July 3 at I :30 pm in DSD 615 (see meeting
notification sent electronically). Please review the revised subdivision plans and prepare any
additional comments. If you have any questions about this application please contact me at

Gilbert - Fire provided comments that shouldn't be affected by the minor boundary changes, so
I haven't sent a follow-up meeting invitation for you, You can attend if you like!
