Q1. What are the remaining issues for finalizing the draft Annexation Agreement?
A: Public Works Engineering to provide comment.
. Update agreement to reflect 2009 dates.
. Include legal description and map shown as Exhibits A and B on the agreement.
. Determine conclusively if Fire & Life Safety services can be provided to site - not "possibly"
unavailable
. Change reference in Section 1.2 to "Willamalane Park & Recreation District"
. Section 2.3 clarify "City will support the applicant's defense of any appeal" - support how?

Heads-up Issues:
. There is an identified future bike route along the west bank of the Willamette River, and
portions would run through the subject property.
. There is community interest in seeing a pedestrian/bike path run south along the existing
haul road toward Buford Park.
