The subject properties have frontage on Franklin Boulevard, which is a State of Oregon (ODOT) facility.
Transportation Planning has no concerns at this time regarding annexation of the properties. The applicant indicates that
no specific development is proposed at this time. However, we would appreciate the opportunity to review and provide
comments for any future development proposals for these properties.
