Buiidin~fPermitNo.: COM2008-01595 Type of Inspection: Wedge Anchors . ----- Overcast Weather: Field Observations and Comments As requested, a representative of PSI was on-site to observe installation of Hilti KB-TZ W' width 5W' length wedge anchors for storage racks. PSI verified holes were vacuumed clean and that wedge anchors met manufacturer's recommended torque of 110 feet pounds. Contractor drilled holes, vacuumed clean, pounded wedge anchors to full embedment minus nut and torque to specified value. PSI will return tomorrow to verify torque.
