In talking to Chris on this we still need some way to be able to reference this document on
the plat. We thought it would be recorded so that KPFF could reference the recording number
and not need to cite all the conditions on the plat.
Do you have any suggestion short of having it recorded or' shall we instruct KPFF all that
stuff needs to go on the plat?

I don't think we need to record the Escrow Agreement. It is simply a substitute security
(like a bond) to assure performance. If PeaceHealth does not perform, we collect.

I've added to the recital a statement about our agreement with respect to when demolition should occur. I have not,.
however, seen anyone draft a letter that acknowledges. that agreement.
