Dennis and I have looked over this and there are just 2 things this "Escrow Agreement" needs to be recordable. The first
being a space at the bottom of the first sheet for the Recorders 4 inch by 1.5 inch sticker, and a "AFTER RECORDING '
RETURN TO:" address, all which could go at the bottom of that first sheet if they move the "AGREEMENT" section to the
second sheet.
Otherwise the form looks fine to us, and it will be referred to on the plat with a note and a physical detail of the
encroachment area, the note reading "EXISTING HOUSE ENCROACHING INTO RIGHT OF WAY ~ERMITTED UNDER
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. LANE COUNTY
RECORDS" .

Attached is a copy of the escrow agreement providing surety to the City that the building in question will be removed, as
well as a written estimate of the costs associated with removal, remediation, etc. This written estimate forms the basis for
the 110% provision established by the City in your earlier correspondence to me. ..
Please review the attached and confirm that it is acceptable, and we'll have originals signed by our system treasurer, the
bank, and forward to the City for final signaturelexecution of originals.
Please also confirm that with City receipt of the attached that we may proceed with submitting mylars to the City for
, signature.
