I'm expecting to get a call from KPFF before long and will let them know what we found and ask them about the time frame for the removal of the house. Thank you both, for you help with this. Also, it's unlikely the house has been connected to City utility services because the approved utility plans only provided for connections to structures labeled "to remain". Andy From: ERNST Dennis Sent: Monday, February 23, 2009 11:28 AM To: UMBIRD Andrew Cc: MOORHEAD Chris Subject: Riverbend partition Good Morning Andy,. Chris just talked to me about the house that's half in the right of way on the un-named street in Riverbend. Didn't we address the existing structures on the property as part of the condition of approval or an agreement document? I think' we need to see if the house can stay on that property or not. Maybe you have a better memory of how we handled this but I really thought the house should be gone by this time. If not I need a reference to the document that say's if can remain and how long. Thanks! Dennis 1 Data Received: rr"'''f Planner: AL
