Here are the City's review comments for your submittal of this plat dated September 25, 2008. Attached are the
County's review comments as well. Please note that the County's review comments are based upon your
submittal dated August 25, and I have noted thatsome of the County's comments have already beim addressed
on the Sept. 25 copy. '
SHEET 1:
. Please add LPPN and LCODR to the Legend (LPPN is in the' title block and LCODR is inthe Restriction
Notes #3)
. Please add "structure" to the Restriction Notes #1 so it reads "No building, structure, tree, shrubbery..,"
. Please label Lot 223 to clarify that the North end of the Basis of Bearings is the NE corner of that lot
SHEET 2:
. Please add LPPN to the Legend
. Please trim the'line that is over text in between Lots 260 and 261
. Please add crows feet on the ends of curve C8
. Please remove tile two stray "25.00" text inside Lot 300
SHEET 3:
. Please add LPPN to the Legend
. Please trim the line that is over text on the North line ofLot 254
. Please fix the bar scale to 30 scaie
. Please change the text of Parcel 1 of LPPN 99-P1279 to "unsurveyed remainder" to be consistent with
the way it was described on the other pages . ,
SHEET 4:
. Please add LPPN to the Legend
. Please remove the two stray "(1 )(6) (6)" text inside Lot 309
. Please label the curve "C84 (NTS)"
. Please fix the bar scale to 30 scale
SHEET 5: ,
. Inthe Na'rrative, 2nd paragraph, line 7, there is an extra "by" at the end of that line

. We have done the field check and everything was good: There are no edits needed at this time of the
additional documents either (the concurrence or the CC&R's)
