I've completed the review of the Final Site Plan for the above project, and found the applicant has met the conditions of approval
pertinent to Public Works, with one exception - condition 5.
Condition 5 states: Prior to Final site Plan approval, the applicant shall dedicate a 7 -foot public utility easement (PUE) along the
entire G Street property frontage of Tax Lot 7100."
I note that the Final Site Plan drawings do not show the proposed PUE, nor do I have a copy of the proposed or recorded
easement. However, the easement was shown on the associated Public Improvement Project. Please advise me if you know.
whether or not the easement has been recorded. Once the easement has been recorded, all the Public Works conditions will
