07-120 - Requestfor time extension for site improvements forYolanda Boiler Addition
Molly,
I am writing to formally request an extension to the gO-day deadline for site improvement
to the property for the Yolanda Boiler Room addition project.
When .the initial 90-day timeline started, the project was still in the. midst of clarify
the extend of the Site Review improvements, as well as addressing the bidding of the work
to be completed. . The school felt that they first needed to determine if the project could
be completed on time and within budget before completing the necessary improvements.
Now that the construction process has begun, the district is prepared to commit their
resources to the site improvements outlined in the-agreement; specifically the' garbage
screening and extra bicycle parking.
