Application Status: Application Status: The Springfield Development Code (SDC) requires that the
submittal requirements of SDC 5.4-105 be fully met prior to an application being accepted as complete for
review. The Minimum Development Standards application as submitted on December 20, 2007 was deemed
incomplete, and notice of the items needed to make the application conjplete for review was mailed to the
applicant's development review team on January 2, 2008. On January 29, 2008, the City received all of the
information missing from the original submittal and has accepted the application as complete for review. This
notice is not a decision on the application.
Review Process: A Minimum Development Standards application is a Type I' application and as such, will be
reviewed by the City under the procedures listed in SDC 5.1-125, Type I Applications, and SDC 5.15-100,
Minimum Development Standards. After reviewing the application, the City will mail the applicant's
development review team a written staff decision. A Type I ministerial decision is exempt from the provisions
of ORS 197.195, 197.763, and 227.173 and therefore cannot be subject to the appeal provisions of SDC 5.3-
100, Appeals.
