Application Status: The Springfield Development Code (SDC) requires that the submittal requirements of
SDC 5.4-105 be fully met prior to an application being accepted as complete for review. The application as
submitted is incomplete and requires additional information for an adequate review. The items needed to
make the application complete for review are as follows:
// Signature in the. plot plan preparation signature box
v2. Copy of the Plot Plan reduced to 8'12" by 11"
3. On the Plot Plan, show the following:
va. Complete legend (i.e. indicate what symbols are used on the plan sets and differentiate
between new and existing concrete, landscaping, trees, etc.) .

The applicant must, by January 30, 2008: submit all of the missing information: submit some of the missing
information and provide written notice that no other information will tie p~ovided: or submit written notice that
none of the missing information will be provided. If the applicant is silent regarding this letter, the City will
deem the application complete for processing a decision. In this case, the City will begin processing the
application on January 31, 2008:
