Kevin,
I wanted to touch base with you regarding the Yolanda/Briggs Boiler Room project As I started towrite the MDS
decision I realized that we never received a DWP application or exemption letter for this project I contacted Amy
Chinitz at SUB to see if she knew anything about your project, and she said that the last time you spoke with her
that you were going to be looking into whether any hazardous materials would be associated with the project
Either way, we will need either a DWP exemption letter or a DWPapplication to accompany the boiler room MDS.
Give me a call when you get the chance so that we can talk about this figure out the most efficient way to take
care of the DWP issue. Thanks!
