Subject: DRC2007-00082 MDS for Yolanda/Briggs School Boiler Building
Please review the attached Type I Minimum Development Standards (MDS) application for any
issues or concerns and submit your findings and conditions to me by Februarv 12. 2008.
This application is for a boiler buil.ding to serve Yolanda Elementary School and Briggs Middle
School along with associated site development.
The Minimum Development Standards application as submitted on December 20, 2007 was
deemed incomplete, and notice of the items needed to make the application complete for review
. was mailed to the applicant's development review team on January 2, 2008. On January 29,
2008, the City received the all of the information missing from the original submittal and has
accepted the application as complete for review. Please note that the narrative has not changed
since the application was originally submitted while the plan set has changed, so there may be
some discrepancies in information regarding this project.
