Field Observations and Comments
As requested, a representative of PSI was on-site to observe proofrolling of final rock grade for travel lanes to the south
and southeast of the lumber yard structure. Proofrolling was conducted using a loaded tandem axle dump truck
weighing approximately 50,000 Ibs. Due to lack of access the easternmost lane was proofrolled with a loaded John
Deere 210 LE front loader. Little to no deflection was observed indicating a stabie subgrade at this time. To the best
of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with the buiiding department approved design drawings,
specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Code.
Inspector: Anthony Deluca
