the following:
Applicant should contact the Oistrtct 5 office in Springfield for conceptual review of
sne plan and proposed access. This should be done as soon as possible end prior
to the final hearing on the application.
Applicant must apply for a !l!l'li access permit and have it approved prtor to issuing
a building permit for this sne.
Applicant will need to show proof of an existing Access permit or apply for a new
permit.
XXX OOOT has determined there is an existing approach road permit, permn # 05A 22255.
This permn is subject to review under OAR 734-051-0045, Change of Use of an
Approach and a new application for Slate Highway Approach may be ncvc=al)' based
upon review of the Applican' land use application. The applicant must contact ooor
(LynnDetering, 541-744-2577) to arrange a meeting to discuss possible require.ments
associated with this development.
