The dedication is great but there should be a easement for the path and one for the access along the north side of tax lot 1400. That must be a joint use access easement for both lots I'm assuming. They didn't indicate on the map. which property corners were found and which ones were set.The will have to show that before filing at the county. I also have a Declaration of Private Joint-Use Access Easement agreement between the school district and Relief Nursery. Is that what you needed? From: ERNST Dennis Sent: Wednesday, February 11, 2009 8:57 AM To: DAVIS Lissa Subject: Relief Nursery I've got a question on this one. Has Relief Nursery dedicated the easterly 15 feet of their property to the public for roads? They show it that way but when I look at the deed there is only a 20 foot dedication and not the 35 feet shown. Also, do you have the document to create the private utility, pedestrian and bicycle easement and the proposed ingress/egress easement? I'm also assuming you have a copy of.the 10 foot PUE they are showing along the south side. Please let me know if you have any questions on this. Dennis P. Ernst, PLS.
