Please find enclosed a copy of the Pre-Submittal Meetiilg notification which has been
scheduled for Friday, November 7, 200S'@ 11:00 -noon in the Development Services
Department, Conference Room 616 at Springfield City HalL
Prior to the submittal of the application from Christopher Kidd Associates, in
Menomonee Falls, WI, I spoke with'Michelle from the group. Michelle asked if they
could.Fed Ex the application and fee and then have you come in and submit the title!
deed and sign the Pre-Submittal application from here prior to the actual meeting.
Normally we wouldn't have accepted an incomplete application, but given the
geographically distance I said it would be alright on the pre-submittal portion only. We
will have to have a totally complete application submitted as it moves on through the
process from here.
Mark Metzger is the planner that has been assigned to this application, so I will make him
, aware that you will becoming in prior to the meeting to sign and submit additional
information.

or myself. We will see you next week.
