KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that Peter J. Kryl as Custodian for
Renee Liana Kryl, a Minor, under the Oregon Transfers to Minors Act, hereinafter called
the Grantor, for the consideration hereinafter stated, to Grantor paid by Peter J. Kryl as
Custodian for Tristan M. Kryl, a minor, under the Oregon Transfers to Minors Act,
hereinafter called the Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Grantee and Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns, Grantor's interest in that certain real
property, with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
appertaining, situated in the County of Lane and State of Oregon, described as follows, to-

To have and to hold the same unto the said Grantee and Grantee's heirs,

The true and actual consideration paid for this transfer, stated inJerms of dollars,
is $160,000.00.
The liability and obligations of Grantor to Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns
under the ,warranties and covenants contained herein or provided by law shall be limited
to the amount, nature and terms of any right of indemnification available to Grantor under
any title insurance policy, and Grantor shall have no liability or obligation except to the
extent that reimbursement for such liability or obligation is available to Grantor under any
such title insurance policy. The limitations contained herein expressly do not relieve
Grantor of any liability or obligations under this instrument, but merely define the scope,
nature, and amount of such liability or obligations.
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON
TRANSFERRING FEE TITLE SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S RIGHTS, IF
ANY, UNDER ORS 197.352. THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT ALLOW USE OF THE
PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND
USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS
INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD
CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO
VERIFY APPROVED USES, TO DETERMINE ANY LIMITS ON LAWSUITS AGAINST
