CITY'S SITE PLAN REVIEW BO^RD INSPECTION: ~~st be requested 2 days in advance of the date you
wish inspection. All project ~onditions such as landscaping, ~arking lot striping etc. must
b~ ~om~leted hefore requesting this inspection.
YINAL BUILDING: Must be requested after the final Plumbing, Electrical, Hechanical and Fire
Departm2nt inspections are made and approved. No Occupan~y of the premises can be made until
a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by the Building Divisicn and posted on the premises
