RE: Final Site Plan Approval and signing a Development Agreement
*
On Hay 2, 1990, a public hearing was held before the Planning Commission for
Discretionary Use approval of the expansion of the Child Center facility by adding
two classrooms. Part of the application was a Type I Site Plan which had a number of
conditions, some of which were either deleted or clarified at the public hearing.
Both the Discretionary Use and Site Plan applications were approved.
Prior to the issuance of building permits, a two copies of a Final Site Plan must be
submitted. This is required for all Site Plan applications. The same plan as
originally was submitted may be resubmitted with the following hand written
commentary: (1) Vhere the plan shows "paved parking with curb parking area" - delete
and state - "this parking area will remain graveled as revised by the Planning
Commission on 5/2/90"; (2) Vhere the "proposed planting" is shown along the perimeter
of the graveled parking area - delete and state "no additional landscaping will be
required as revised by the Planning Commission on 5/2/90; Vrite - "there is one
handicapped parking space, no other handicapped parking spaces are required"; and (4)
Vrite - "No turn around area is required for the graveled parking lot as revised by
the Planning Commission on 5/2/90".
Another item required for all Site Plan application is the Development Agreement. A
copy of this document is enclosed and must be signed by you or, a person designated to
sign on behalf of the Child Center. The language contained in this document is the
same for all Site Plan Development Agreements.
