1. Remove picture over lighting panel.
2. Install ground type receptacle in area of heater in south wall.
3. Remove extension cord wiring in shipping office.

center of bench).
5. Repair defective flex into newman planer motor.
6. Flex to be secured to double end trim motor,"

8. Pin-up (clamp-type) lights, to have3condii(;torcords (ground required).
9.' Remove cordwir'ing to newman planer.
10. It is required that the area in front of control centers, disconnects, panels and relay
centers be dept clear at all times, and a passage way to this area must be provided.
11. Repair cord into side'head grinder'motor.
12. Remove cord hung light over newman planer. Install metallic raceway.
13.' Repair defective conduit into control station to hula saw.
14. Replace cover on motor below hula saw station.
'15. Seal open K.O.'s, secure cover and secure receptacle in junction box below #1 molder.
16. Seal open K.O.'s in control center by #1 molder.
17. Repair defective flex into motor on #3 molder.
18. Strap conduit to floor by #3 molder.

26. Remove cord through open K.O. in lighting panel to molder area and seal all open K.O. 'so
27. Repair defective flex to hula saw by woods planer.
28. Install 3 conductor cord to portable heater innboiier room.
29. Remove cordwldng to sump pump in b6ilerroom. Install conduit to a receptacle adjacent
to pump.
30. Properly bond light fixtures over bench.'
31. Install servi ce ground 'conductor from pane 1 inSuperi ntendents ciffi ce to fuel bi n frame worJ
32. Install receptacle adjacent to candy dispensers in lunch room.
33. Install 3 conductor cords to all dispensers and refrigerator in lunch room.
34. Install light outlet in Helen's office.
35. Seal open box above cabinet in dry kiln control #1.
36. Install receptacle adjacent to l100re pressure controller (by dooe).
37. Repair defective flex into #3 and #4 dry kiln motor (fan motor).
38. Repair defective flex to motor for #5 and #6 dry kiln fans.
