APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT FOR SEWER HOOKUP
Application is hereby made by the undersigned property o~er for permission
to connect the following described property to a city sanitary sewer line, owned
~ and maintained by the City of Springfield, and I agree .to pay such a hookup charge
of $4.50 per front foot of the property for the first 150 feet in depth to be
served by such city sewer line in lieu of .an assessment against the described
property. An additional $0.03 per square foot will be charged for any additional
property beyond the first 150 .feet.
Property Descr~ption:
Beginning at a ~ inch iron pipe on the northerly right-of-way line of Mohawk Road
which is 915.72 feet west and 174.52 feet north from the northeast corner of the.
Wilmer Comegy D.L.C. No. 59 in Township 17 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette
Meridian; thence along the northerly right-of-way line of the forementioned Mohawk
Road S 500 39' 45" W 192 .12 feet; thence S 760 27' 30" W 76.94 feet; thence leaving
the northerly right-of-way line of said Mohawk Road and run N 130 33'.30" W 130.00
feet to the southerly right-of~way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad; thence
northeasterly along said railroad right-of-way line to a ~ inch pipe; thence S 470 ,
34' E.132.00 feet to the. point of beginning, all in Lane County, 0regon.
