Dear Mr. Dugdale:
I am writing in response to your request for an additimial address to be assigned to the most easterly
building located on the property commonly known as 3570 Marcola Road, Springfield, Oregon. The
property currently has two structures and is located on the parcel known as Lane County Reference Number
17023000, Tax Lot 00901.
Therefore, this is your notice that the most easterly structure located on the above referenced parcel will .
now be commonly known as~arco1a Road, Springfield, Oregon. At your request, this address
assignment takes effect inimediately. The existing westerly structure will remain commonly known as 3570
Marcola Road, Springfield, Oregon.
