Subject: Site Plan Review Final Inspection Results
Dear Mr. Russell:
On January 10, 1990 I inspected your property at 3570 Marcola
Road as part of the Final Inspection of your building improvements
and site improvements.
The following site plan related items were not complete when I
was at the site:
1. Installation of wheel stops.
2. Signing of the handicap parking space.
3. Installation of the landscaping in the landscape strip.
When the three items are complete please contact me and I will
reinspect the site. Until such time as these items are complete,
a Final Occupancy cannot be authorized.
Please contact this office if you wish to discuss these items.
