SDC's calulated with a credit for 729 sq ft as
determined from the planimetric data (di9itized
from an aerial). Site plan has note with
dimensions slightly larger than I was able to
determine. Left message with applicant, if they
have an insurance claim or something similar
that verifies building size I can re-calulated
SDC's, Also, applicant does not show storm
drainage on plans, DM will note in his review,
Talked to property owner about SDC credit, he
does not have any proof of building size. credit
will be based on planimetric data, Due to soil
conditions no drywell. Applicant needs to take
drainage to street (talked with Steve and Tom).
