Good morning Molly. There is not a 3 phase pad mount in the area. The new transformer could be placed behind the
sidewalk in front of parking space 1, at the north end of the project.

I followed up with the applicant, and it seems that the second part of the second question is asking ifthere is a
transformer in the area that can support the development, and if not, if a new pad-mount transformer will be required.

There is 3 phase available for this site.
If you mean the short pole in the center of the site, yes it can be removed. It's a lift pole for the existing service.

I understand that you are the SUB representative who will be attending the Development Issues Meeting for the Afiya
Apartments project at 1082 Main Street. Since this is a complex project, I'm looking for the answers to their questions
prior to the meeting if at all possible. Please let me know if you can provide your answers to me via email by March
30th. The two SUB,specific questions in the packet are:
Question 111:
The building will require 3-phase power far the elevator. Please verify it is available to the site.
Question 112:
There is a power pole located on the site where the new building is praposed. May this pale be removed? Is a new pad,
mount transformer required? Since power comes from the alley, wauld it be located at the alley?
