The information.in the development issues packet iridicates that the applicant wishes to partition one lot
into two parcels. Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, a new single-family detached dwelling
unit would be subject to a system development charge (SDC) of$2,858 for park and recreation
improvements.
The SDC would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based on the SDC
