Subject: Jasper Meadows Phase 8 - Final Plat
Dennis and Jim,
You may recall that the Jasper Meadows Master Plan includes conditions to require that the Golden Terrace Lift Station
be upgraded to provide additional wastewater pumping capacity prior to final plat approval for the next addition to
Jasper Meadows (Phase 8). I have completed negotiations with Chad Bettesworth of Hayden Homes on an agreement
for installing the new pumps and equipment. Part of this agreement includes that we will consider the condition of
approval for this item is satisfied and no longer constitutes a hold on filing the plat.
Please consider that the Master Plan conditions concerning Golden Terrace have been satisfied for the purposes of
processing the final plat.
