' 4) The owner has currently engaged a Wetland specialist to make a determination if any of their site contains wetlands, speciHcally along Eastern boundary where our subject lot abuts the railroad right-of-way, What, il any, other items will be points of concern during Annexation or Site Review? P,gelof2 ~ " 5) If the Cities timelines to resolve a number of these offsite infrastructure improvements, is it possible that building permits could be applied for through the County for the specifrc s~opes of work being discussed? , P,ge20f2 Date Received: , 5Z,36 I 2007 , Original Submittat
